Please be aware that this is a reservation request form. We need you to fill this form and submit to us to check the availability of your retreat. Once we receive your form we will respond to you with a confirmation email. You will not be asked to settle a payment after completion of this form, therefore we do not need your credit card or payment method details at this stage.

We recommend you to book your flight only when you receive CONFIRMATION email from us.

Indonesia applies VOA(Visa on arrival) to large number of countries. However we do suggest you to contact Indonesia Embassy in your home country and make sure of your visa requirements.
